Who ever heard of an African-Canadian? There is another class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, Booker T Washington. Washington was for integration America First, Dubois was for separate but equal Black First. Duboiss theories have proven to be wrong and actually hold back the Blacks

I can’t think anything a more important criterium qualifying somebody as an african-american than the fact that his father is from Africa and his mother from America.

The man himself,people around him and political adversaries identify him so.

You can always find differences between people if that is your focus.
It doesn’t matter when they came.What matter is what they have in common right now.
