It is a very important body. It appears that states choose their Representatives based on what they do most for their respective states, not necessarily color or whatever. I think we need to stay away from ethnic and origin base statistics,do we need a black caucus and a Jewish caucus, what about I'm an American first, than we can be what ever. I think an APC will be for anything Israel, and lean to approaching those who have a faith based life style.
